GUESS is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window to return or exchange items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and certain accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return packing slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or GUESS retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
